Join DX1
We're building a team of engineers who care about doing meaningful work in AI, platforms, security, and everything in between.
Why work with us
Enterprise clients, real problems
Work directly with organisations in financial services, healthcare, government and critical infrastructure. Every engagement has a clear business outcome.
Continuous learning culture
Conferences, certifications, study leave and regular knowledge-sharing. We invest in growth because sharper engineers deliver better outcomes.
Work at the frontier
AI agents, LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, cloud-native security. Technologies that most teams are still reading about.
Small team, outsized impact
No layers of management. Own delivery end-to-end, build your reputation and shape how we solve problems.
Flexible by default
Where you work depends on the engagement. Some clients are on-site, some hybrid, some fully remote. We flex to what works.
Australian enterprise focus
APRA, Essential Eight, data sovereignty and the regulatory landscape. Build expertise that matters in this market.
